What if my package is damaged during delivery?
All shipments include insurance coverage. If your device arrives damaged, document the damage with photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, you can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact our support team with your order number and new address. After 24 hours, address changes may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Standard and expedited deliveries operate Monday-Friday. Premium white-glove service includes Saturday delivery at no extra charge. Public holiday deliveries are suspended and will resume on the next business day.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
For standard delivery, the courier will leave a notice with collection instructions. For expedited and premium deliveries requiring signature, you will receive notification to reschedule or collect from the nearest depot.
